The Chi Roller is used either in bed or on a soft mat (the harder the surface, the higher the pressure). Begin by lying down and placing the roller under your back with the two lobes straddling your spine. Next, bend your knees and move the roller with your hands and legs toward your head, stopping anywhere you feel tension. As you breathe slowly and deeply, the relaxation begins and the tension fades away! |
